Health and Wellness

The Health and Wellness Committee is 12-18 members of the Parish who are interested in promoting all aspects of health – mental, spiritual, and physical — as Jesus did during His life here on earth. The members need not have a background in health, just an abiding interest in maintaining wellness for themselves and fellow parishioners. Anyone 18 years and over can be a member of this committee.

Meetings are every other month from September through May, with occasional special meetings. The purpose is to plan health-related activities and assist the Parish Nurses with planning and support for their activities.
